This is the second petition under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., whereby, the petitioner has sought the relief of her being granted the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.35 dated 28.03.2024, under Sections 21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, and, Sections 342, 411, 120-B of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Nakodar Sadar, District Jalandhar. 2.

Petitioner's earlier petition, i.e. CRM-M-29890-2024, wherein she had sought an alike relief, as claimed herein, was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court, vide order dated 14.06.2024. 3.

Since there is no change of circumstances, nor any concrete supervening events have been brought before this Court, wherethrough, the instant second petition, on the same cause of action, can be permitted to be maintained, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed being non maintainable.
