*** Petitioner Kuldeep Singh, working as a Clerk in Government Senior Secondary School, Farmana, Rohtak has filed the instant writ petition against State of Haryana and the Director, Department of Secondary Education, Panchkula craving for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned pay fixation order vide which the pay scale of petitioner has been reduced by withdrawing the benefit of A.C.P. Scheme granted in lieu of promotion vide order dated 3.3.2022 (Annexure P-5).

According to the petitioner, he had submitted a representation dated 14.7.2022 (Annexure P-6) addressed to Director of School Education, Panchkula but that has not evoked any response, as such he had to approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition. Learned State counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 and 2 states that though a detailed order in that regard has already been passed which is being impugned in this writ petition nonetheless the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law PARVINDER SINGH 2022.08.18 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Therefore, the writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.7.2022 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner. If the petitioner feels dissatisfied after passing of the order then she may seek legal remedy in accordance with law.
