* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the respondents' order blacklisting one of its tanker-trucks and the crew attached thereto for a period of two years.

There are certain facts which are required to be ascertained such as whether the samples were drawn as per procedure prescribed or not. 3.

The respondents state that they are willing to have the disputes and differences raised in this petition referred to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration clause contained in the agreement. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to invoke the arbitration clause. The respondents agree that in the event of the arbitration clause being invoked, the arbitrator will be appointed within 30 days. 5.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to add that the petitioner would be entitled to seek interim orders in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
