 % This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect her life and liberty as also of her family members from respondents No.4 to 11. It is the case of the petitioner that she has been residing in a house situated in the revenue estate of village Gill

1, HB No.263, Tehsil and District Ludhiana, but respondents No.4 to 11 are trying to grab the said property by giving life threats to her and her family. She also filed a civil suit for restraining the private respondents from interfering in her actual and peaceful physical possession, which has been decreed, but despite that the private respondents gave severe beatings to her and her minor children on 13.8.2015. She approached the police, but no action was taken. She has also made representation dated 16.8.2015 (Annexure P

No.2 in this regard, but no action is being taken and she is under continuous threat.

In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the allegations made by the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 16.8.2015 (Annexure P 2), in accordance with law.
