The Civil Court, while apportioning the amount of compensation between the landlord and the tenant, has ordered that the tenant shall be entitled to 25% of the compensation. The petitioners (tenants) assail its correctness. Admittedly, they were neither the permanent tenants nor they have any right of occupancy.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge August 26, 2022 "DK"
