(ORAL) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to pursue the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.60 dated 28.02.2022, registered under Sections 376, 384, 506, 201 of IPC (Section 201 of IPC added later on), Section 67 of I.T.Act, at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar Mohali and withdraws the same In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
