(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking directions to official respondents No.1 to 5 to make sure the compliance of Condition No.39(7) of conditions dealing with licensed premises and Condition No.(1) & (10)(1) & (2) of Conditions dealing with licencsed hours and E-Special Condition No.40(12)(b) of the Punjab Liquor License Rules, Excise and Taxation department (Annexure P-6) as well as to comply with the Special Conditions No.2 and 4 of the Punjab Restaurant (Consumption of Liquor) Rules, 1955 (Annexure P-7) and direct the official respondents to ensure compliance of fixing of minimum rates of wages Section 3 & 22 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Annexure P-8) along with certain prayers.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertently certain relevant documents could not be appended along with the writ petition as also necessary parties impleaded in the array of respondents.
