(Oral) Both the counsel submit that the compromise has been effected between the parties and the civil suit i.e. CS/1031/2022, which was sought to be transferred, has since been withdrawn, being fully satisfied. In the light of the aforesaid, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
