The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of the aforementioned FIR.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion, the following order was passed on 19.7.2024:
"The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.144, dated 13.8.2023 at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 324, 452 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the FIR four persons inflicted three injuries to the complainant and that while two of the accused are specifically named in the FIR, the present petitioner is not specifically named and came to be nominated subsequently by a co-accused. It has been submitted that all the three injuries are on non-vital parts and ARCHANA ARORA 2024.11.08 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
that the only grievous injury, in any case, is attributed to coaccused Avinash, who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 2.2.2024 passed in CRM-M56588-2023 (Annexure P-4). Notice of motion for 8.11.2024.
Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., - %+%%' * %% % ./ (% 0
