SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The controversy pertains to the claim of petitioner for bifurcation of Industrial Plot No.C-172, Phase-V, Dhandari Kalan, Ludhiana (Punjab). It appears that respondent No.2-Corporation has expressed its inability to do so, in view of the objections raised by respondent No.3. [2] In view of the dispute between the petitioner-Company and respondent No.3, we are not inclined to decide the controversy on merits. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the Legal Notice served on behalf of the petitioner. However, before taking such decision, respondent No.3 shall also be heard.
