JUSTICE G.S.SANDHAWALIA Present: Mr. Vivek Salathia, Advocate for the petitioner. **** G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J, (Oral) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and seeks liberty to approach the respondents against the transfer order since it is the case of the petitioner that prior to his transfer, he had made representation dated 23.10.2015 (Annexure P/5) on the ground that some villagers at the behest of the Sarpanch were putting pressure for his transfer and thus he has now been transferred on temporary basis from Government Elementary School, Rohti Khas, Tehsil Nabha to Government Primary School, Dandrala Dhindsa. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the official respondents.
