Petitioner has already impugned the order appointing Administrator. The appeal emanating therefrom is pending before respondent No.3.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the appeal shall be heard on merits on Ist September, 2017 and decision shall be taken after affording an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
