**** NAMIT KUMAR, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.238, dated 10.09.2022, under Sections 15, 29 of NDPS Act 1985, registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate which is taken on record.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
