**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) In the writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners pray for declaring the policy of Settlement of Oustees Claims and Conditions thereof dated 11.08.2016 (Annexure P-6) being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and irregular and directly hit by Articles 14, 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. In addition to above, certain other prayers have also been made. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertently certain relevant documents could not be appended and averments in that behalf have also not been made in the present writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and appending relevant documents.
