(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to decide representation dated 29.02.2012 (Annexure P-7) moved by the petitioner by taking into consideration all the averments made in the representation.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier vide order dated 18.02.2013 passed in CWP No.3794 of 2013 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur, was RAVINDER SINGH 2015.11.03 14:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CWP No.23372 of 2015 directed to consider and decide the representation dated 29.02.2012 (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law within a period of three months. Thereafter, petitioner again approached this Court by way of COCP No.167 of 2014, which was disposed of being infructuous vide order dated 10.08.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of taking action, authorities have passed order 23.07.2015 (Annexure P-10).

Without going into merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities to look into the grievance of the petitioner. So far as delay in deciding the partition application is concerned, same shall be examined specifically, and a final decision taken preferably within a period of three months from date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
