(Oral) The present order shall dispose of 5 writ petitions i.e. CWP Nos. 18852, 18856, 18859, 18904 and 18912 of 2017, since common questions of facts and law are involved in all the writ petitions. For reference, CWP No. 18852 of 2017, Vikram Khan vs. State of Haryana and others is being taken up.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 31.05.2017 (Annexure P-2) whereby, he was transferred from Jind to Delhi. It is not disputed that in pursuance of the said order which was passed more than 3 months back, he has joined at Delhi. Only on account of other similarly situated persons who had successfully approached this Court, subsequently he has now come to the Court seeking the same benefit which was given in a bunch of cases, lead case of which was CWP No. 13654 of 2017, Rajesh Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 09.08.2017 (Annexure P-5). As noticed, he had accepted the transfer order and, therefore, chose not to agitate for it at that point of time. In such circumstances, this Court is loath to interfere with the transfer order even if there is any vested right of the petitioner at this belated stage on account of delay itself.
