Prayer in this writ petition is for direction to the respondents to release all the retiral benefits due to the petitioner. It is contended that only a part of the retiral benefits due to the petitioner has been released. Legal notice dated 02.09.2015 (Annexure P1) has been served upon the respondents but to no avail. It is submitted that respondents be directed to decide the legal notice served upon them in a time bound manner and release the entire retiral benefits due towards the petitioner. CWP No.23393 of 2015 [2] writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to expeditiously decide legal notice dated 02.09.2015 (Annexure P1) by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
