**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of criminal complaint bearing No.COMA-9898 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 read with Section 420 IPC and the summoning order dated 31.07.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ludhiana, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that an application already moved by the petitioner for dropping the proceedings against her, is pending adjudication before the trial Court and now fixed for 29.07.2022 for arguments and that till the time the said application is decided by the trial Court, the petitioner cannot seek and be granted any relief in the present petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no knowledge regarding the aforesaid application. Since, the application moved by the petitioner for dropping the proceedings against her, is statedly pending consideration before the trial Court, no orders are called for in the present petition. Dismissed.
