Prayer in this writ petition is for direction to the respondents to release all retiral benefits due to the petitioners. It is contended that petitioners No.1, 2 and husband of petitioner No.3 were employees of Nagar Council, Bagha Purana, District Moga. Complete retiral benefits due towards them have not been released. Petitioner No.1 submitted representation dated 19.08.2015 (Annexure P3), petitioner No.2 submitted representation dated 07.09.2015 (Annexure P5) and petitioner No.3 submitted representation dated 17.09.2015 (Annexure P7) for release of the retiral benefits due towards them however, no action has been taken by the OMKAR SINGH 2015.11.04 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

It is submitted that respondents be directed to decide the said representations of the petitioners in a time bound manner and release the entire retiral benefits due towards them. Keeping in view the limited prayer, the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to expeditiously decide representations dated 19.08.2015, 07.09.2015 and 17.09.2015 Annexures P3, P5 and P7, respectively, by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case, any amount is found due towards the petitioners, same be released within a period of six weeks thereafter. ( LISA GILL ) November 3 , 2015.
