(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to pursue the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 65 dated 24.02.2018, under Section 498-A and 406 of IPC, Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala on the basis of compromise and withdraws the same with the liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.

In view of the statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
