(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondent to provide copy of the order dated 19.10.2016, to the petitioner, vide which the recounting of votes has been ordered by respondent No.3. The petitioner by way of present petition is wanting the supply of copy of order dated 19.10.2016 through the exercise of writ jurisdiction.

We see no ground to exercise the extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Articles 226/227of the Constitution of India in such circumstances. The petitioner may approach the authority concerned for the same. 3.

Dismissed.
