12 &'    is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-12) whereby respondent No.3 was ordered to be reinstated in service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has duly came to his knowledge that respondent No.3 has been appointed in some other institution and the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

A perusal of the file would show that neither respondent No.3 is causing appearance for the last three dates of hearing i.e. 20.03.2025, 04.11.2024 and 18.07.2024 nor any written statement has been filed on her behalf.
