* * * * As agreed, as per statements of the learned counsel for the appellants as well as counsel for Insurance Company, separately recorded, a sum of Rs.2,42,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal, is awarded to the appellant No.1-Chand Rani Wd/o Sushil Kumar for and on behalf of both the claimants, in full & final satisfaction of the claim.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a cheque in the sum of Rs.2,42,000/- favoring the appellant No.1-Chand Rani Wd/o Sushil Kumar, with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within a period of six weeks from today. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. The appellants' counsel may collect the cheque/draft from the office of the Lok Adalat. The office shall retain the photocopy of the cheque/draft bearing signatures of the counsel for the appellant/appellants.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stand disposed of.

Copy of this order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be consigned to record.
