ARUN MONGA, J. ORAL The petitioner is aggrieved qua inordinate delay in disposal of the application dated 05.06.2020 filed by him under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC (Annexure P-3), which is pending consideration before the trial Court. Learned counsel contends that pleadings are complete.

Notwithstanding, the matter is not being heard on interim application on one pretext or the other. On the other hand, respondent No.1 is taking the advantage of the same by interfering in the usage of passage of the petitioner. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the nature of order being passed, no notice is required to be issued as no further proceedings are warranted. The civil revision is disposed of with an observation that the trial Court shall make an endeavor to dispose of application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC, which is pending before it through video conferencing in its daily cause list. In case, the facility of video conferencing is not available then the matter shall be adjourned till such arrangement is made available. Disposed of accordingly.
