(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that new seniority list has been prepared with an alteration in the seniority number of the petitioner and he, therefore, wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file representation before the competent authority. Learned counsel also submits that the respondentsauthority may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in case any representation is to be filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two months, thereafter.
