The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. with a prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.19 dated 05.02.2022, under Sections 21/27-A/29/30 NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot. 2.

Custody certificate filed by learned State counsel is taken on record.

After arguing at length on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and wants to withdraw the same, at this stage.
