Petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize their services.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that for regularization of services of daily rated/work charge workers, policy Annexure R-1 has been framed. Petitioners have not individually approached the respondents for consideration of their cases for regularization of their services in terms of Annexure R-1. Learned counsel has further submitted that as and when exigency arises, seasonal workers including the petitioners would be called by the respondents as per their seniority. Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioners individually approach respondent No.1 by way of representation for GURPREET SINGH 2016.02.29 15:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
