(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed seeking direction to the official respondents to initiate legal proceedings against the private respondents, who had caused grievous injuries to the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner herein would contend that the petitioner had suffered grievous injuries, as would be evident from the medical report dated 12.02.2021 and as the official respondents were not taking any action, he was constrained to file this petition.

Pursuant to the notice of motion having been issued, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sarvinder Singh would submit that the matter has been investigated and a challan would be presented invoking Sections 452, 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC (added Section 326 IPC) against five PANKAJ KUMAR 2021.11.26 11:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
