Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 5 contended that present writ petition has, otherwise, become infructuous as all the Gram Panchayats in the State of Punjab have been dissolved vide notification dated 16.07.2018.

In view of above, present writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of as such.
