(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation bearing Diary No. 50 dated 08.05.2026 submitted by the petitioner in respect of FIR No. 0101 dated 18.04.2026 registered under Section 306 of the BNS, 2023 at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, in accordance with law. At the very outset, Counsel for the petitioner contends that he has received a message that there is some movement on file, and he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Disposed as withdrawn at this stage.
