(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that respondent-Corporation lost its claim before Liquidator and the said claim has been rejected vide order dated 07.04.2022. Mr. P.S.Rana, Advocate submits that respondents No.3 and 4 have filed fresh claim before Liquidator which is still pending. Be that as it may, the parties are before Liquidator, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as infructuous.
