That it is submitted that by keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order under challenge dated 10/07/2017 transferring Sh. Kulwant Singh, A.E. (petitioner) from Block Mehal Kalan to Block Abohar has now been withdrawn vide order dated 16/03/2018. The copy of order dated 16/03/2018 is annexed as Annexure R-3/1." In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
