Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.161 dated 28.07.2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366-A and Sections 3 and 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 (added later on) at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib; and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition as it is stated that the matter stands settled between the petitioner and respondent No.2/complainant/father of respondent No.3. It is further submitted that the petitioner and respondent No.3 have solemnized marriage on 16.01.2019; and now the petitioner is going to file a petition seeking quashing of present FIR on the basis of compromise. 3.
