(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing notification dated 14.08.2008 (Annexure P-5) issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (in short 'the Act'), followed by the notification dated 30.08.2008 (Annexure P-6) issued under Section 6 of the Act and subsequent Award dated 27.08.2010 (Annexure P-10).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the respondents for release of land on which the construction has been made.
