(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 20.01.2016 (Annexure P-15) passed by respondent No.5 vide which the labour contract for the Shiva PEG Godown and T.S. Sodhi PEG Godown awarded to the petitioner has been cancelled and further blacklisted the petitioner being labour contractor. A further prayer for direction to respondent No.3 to restore the work of the petitioner as per the award of the tender, has also been made. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently certain relevant documents could not be appended along with the writ petition. He, however, states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and appending relevant documents.
