The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of the order dated 21.03.2016 (Anneuxre P-10) passed by the learned Debts Recovery Appellant Tribunal, Delhi.

On January 18, 2017, learned counsel for the petitioner had produced a copy of certificate dated 21.11.2016 which was issued by the respondent-Bank intimating that the matter was under active consideration of the respondent-Bank. Accordingly, hearing was deferred for today.
