ORAL After arguments were addressed by learned counsel, when this Court was not inclined to interfere for having directly approached this court, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. It is expected that in case any such petition is filed before the learned Sessions Court, the same shall be taken up and heard through video conferencing, as expeditiously as possible.
