Present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is challenge to the reply to legal notice dated 04.06.2018 (Annexure P13).

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that at this stage, he would be satisfied if the legal notice and reply filed thereto are disposed of by passing a speaking order by the competent authority. As the matter in controversy, at this stage, is regarding consideration of reply which is yet to be considered by the competent authority and in view of that, present petition is disposed of with the direction that legal notice dated 11.12.2017 (Annexure P10) and reply thereto dated 04.06.2018 (Annexure P13) be considered by the competent authority expeditiously and same be disposed of by passing a speaking order.
