Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pleadings are complete and this petition may be transferred to the Educational Tribunal in terms of notification No.24/21-2011-C-IV (3) dated 02.03.2015 issued by the Higher Education Department, Government of Haryana.

Consequently, this petition is disposed of by relegating the petitioner to the Educational Tribunal, Haryana, for redressal of his grievance. The petition stands transferred to the Educational Tribunal. The parties shall appear before the Educational Tribunal, Haryana, on 01.12.2022.
