She submits that petitioner shall be satisfied if a decision is taken thereon as per law. Learned State counsel submits that the appellate authority would consider the appeal and take a decision thereon at the earliest in any case not later than two months, in case, same is found maintainable. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further action is necessary. Disposed of.
