ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Since the Bar is on strike, the Lawyers are abstaining from work and no one is appearing.
Petitioner No.1 prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.402 dated 11.06.2019 under Sections 452, 323, 325/34, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Model Town, Rewari, District Rewari. On 22.07.2019, the petition qua petitioner No.2 was dismissed as withdrawn and the interim bail was granted to petitioner No.1 - Sarla Devi as there are no specific allegations against her, causing injury to the complainant.
The operative part of the order dated 22.07.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to petitioner No.1, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that he does not intend to press the present petition qua petitioner No.2 and seeks permission to withdraw the same qua petitioner No.2 Vikas.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioner No.1 is lady and against her, there is no specific allegation of causing injuries.

Since the Bar is on strike, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to petitioner No.1 vide order dated 22.07.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
If, petitioner No.1 is still required for further investigation, she will join the investigation on a notice given by the Investigating Officer.
However, liberty is granted to the complainant to revive the present petition, in case petitioner No.1 is found misusing the concession of bail, in any manner.
