(ORAL) Vide this common order CWP Nos. 17261, 18506 and 19545 of 2018 are being disposed of as common question of law and facts are involved.

Admittedly all the aforesaid writ petitions have been filed against the order dated 21.04.2016 passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal cum District Judge, Ambala, vide which the appeals filed by the city bus operators were accepted, thereby, setting aside the orders passed by the Secretary, Regional Transport authority, Gurugram. The authorities were directed to consider afresh the applications of the private bus operators regarding renewal of their route permits in the light of findings recorded in the order dated 21.04.2016 itself and till the fresh orders are passed, to allow the bus operators to ply their vehicles on old permits provided the bus operators fulfil other conditions of permit including the payment of dues except Adda fee.

Admittedly, the General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Gurugram filed CWP Nos.18493 of 2016 and CWP No. 22093 of 2016 and the same were dismissed vide order

dated 22.12.2016. This Court has been apprised that even LPA No.239 of 2018 filed by the General Managar, Haryana Roadways Gurugram has also been dismissed on 18.09.2018 on the ground of limitation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that as of now there is no other order passed in any writ petition favourable to the petitioner against the order dated 21.04.2016. In view of the aforesaid factual position, these petitions are covered by the order dated 22.12.2016 passed in CWP Nos. 18493 and 22093 of 2016.

In view of above, these writ petitions are also dismissed for the reasons recorded in CWP Nos. 18493 and 22093 of 2016.
