RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) The petitioner-firm to whom work was allotted to construct Administrative Office Building, for setting up of Authorized Testing Station-cum-Automated Driving Test Track (10 centres) at Sangrur, has prayed for the issuance of directions to the respondents to release the balance amount in respect of said work.

Upon notice, reply by way of an affidavit dated 30.10.2017 of Satish Goyal, Executive Engineer, PWD, B&R ( Prov. Division), Sangrur has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1,2,5 & 6 in Court today which is taken on record and copy of the same is also furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.
