Petitioner (Judgment Debtor) challenged the order dated 01.08.2022, whereby, warrant of possession was issued against the petitioner.

Counsel informs the Court that impugned order for issuance of warrant of possession, has already been executed and the possession of the property in question has been delivered to the decree holder. Thus, counsel submits that present revision petition be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.

On the basis of statement made by counsel for the petitioner before Court today, present revision petition is disposed of being rendered infructuous.
