(Oral) Learned State counsel submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, a new notification No.27/ST-1/H.A. 6/2003/S.59/2015, dated 24th November, 2015 was issued by the State of Haryana, which has been appended as Annexure R-1 along with the written statement filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said notification, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies to challenge the notification Annexure R-1, in accordance with law.
