******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner Sandeep Kaur represented to Superintendent of Police, Sirsa that after leaving her matrimonial house, after death of her husband as her in-laws intended to marry her with a person against her wishes, she started living with Vikramjit Singh son of Ranjeet Singh respondent No.4. Ranjeet Singh is not happy with the decision of his son to live with petitioner and is posing threat to the life and liberty of petitioner. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa to look into the grievance of petitioner, verify the aspect of threat to her life and liberty and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from any action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
