NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on duty in Irrigation and Water Resources Department under Outsourcing Policy in view of Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy, 2022 (amended vide Notification dated 26.10.2023) (Annexure P-10) as the petitioner was removed from service. Further prayer has been made to issue direction to respondent No.4 to upload the credentials of the petitioner on the website of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited as admitted by respondents on 07.05.2024 (Annexure P-7). Another prayer has been made to issue direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue on her post.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies.
