***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing advertisement dated 29.09.2016 (Annexure P-14), whereby one post reserved for physically handicapped person was converted into B.C. category.

During the course of hearing, my attention has been drawn to a letter dated 12.05.2022 issued by the Fisheries Department, copy of which is taken on record as Annexure 'A', as per which the very post in question has been ordered to be withdrawn.
