(Oral) Counsel for the State has referred to the reply of respondent no. 3 filed to submit that the petitioner has been deputed at SHKM Government Medical College, Nalhar, Nuh for a period of 15 days to meet the shortage of Doctors in the Gynae Department and she was relieved from the said duty on 07.08.2017. It is submitted that the petition has been rendered infructuous after the said period and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.

It is, however, open to the petitioner to file appropriate application in accordance with law to claim deputation allowance, if any is payable.
