The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.0193 dated 30.10.2019 under Sections 323, 452, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Tibba, District Ludhiana (Punjab).

Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the parties have since entered into a compromise and refers to the compromise (Annexure P-2).

A perusal of the FIR reveals that the injured named therein is Ankush Ahuja. However, one Ankur Ahuja has been made a party in the compromise (Annexure P-2).
